Ongoing Payroll Issue

When an individual that works for an employer, who hasn't been fired and is still employed, stops recieving a paycheck due to a payroll screw up. Everytime the individual attempts to follow up on the problem, the person in charge of payroll will call it by that name. Usually, due to the high demands and deadlines in any given payroll department, the probability of the problem being corrected is very low unless a very high level supervisor has become involved. The problem can last for weeks, even months, forcing the individual to get another job or quit all together. Usually getting denied unemployment for quiting. In rare cases, the individual, who quits, will recieve a W-2 form at the end of the year showing all wages, yet a large amount of those wages still have not been paid.

1) I went to pick up my paycheck Friday and my boss did not have it when they came. Payroll was closed and I had to wait till Monday. I called them on Monday and they told me that I should have been paid and that there was an Ongoing Payroll Issue and that it would work itself out shortly. 16 weeks later, I got another job and sued the bastards!

Pathological

Often pathological parenting is used within alienating a child from a parent out of spite and tactically using the child to affect a parents contact or relationship when divorce or separation is a issue to a parent unable to separate the relationship with their children from their relationship with the mother or father on the receiving end of the vengeance carried out. Sadly it is bad parenting and often abusive behaviour to use a child in this way as it affects them often more than the target parent they are trying to get back at . It too often goes unrecognised even by mental health workers and the like avoiding it being a court issue which tend to play it down and if recognised for the true affect it has courts dont take it into consideration that is relevant to the case outcome or seen for the seriousness it should be for the damning emotional impact on their very own children

Pathalogical is a term used in psychology to determine a mindset or mentality that is often associated with psychopaths and narcassists and is detrimental to others and in extremities is abusive and destructive . Pathological liars are seen as unable to control their constant need to lie.

The top dog of engineers. The big dick bandit. Is a master of science and math, specializes in drilling, reservoir and completion of oil wells. Girls get wet at the site of a Petro Engineer. A good Petro Engg doesn't need a lab to determine the composition of a crude oil, he merely smells the sample and gives raw data without breaking a mental sweat. The Petro Engg is often the highest paid engineering major and as a result has many nice material objects. Having a degree doesn't give you instant access to becoming a Petroleum Engineer, some other requirements need to be met first such as having a diesel pickup and chewing tabacoo
