A person who has the ability to make friends easily. Being friendly doesn’t mean you are flirting, to be friendly it means you are nice/chill, and easily able to make friends with. Being flirty, can sometimes be mistaken for being friendly, but that’s not what it means.

Guy 1: Yeah Jack is cool. He’s friendly and a nice person to hang with.
Guy 2: He seems chill, I’ll ask to see if we can hang sometime.
