A bottom bitch is someone’s main woman. Typically, a pimp or dude’s “ride or die”. She’s his favorite, biggest money maker, most liked, not necessarily the hottest, but often is, & the most loyal. Unlike comparing it to a pyramid, more like the foundation, the base of the pyramid.
