Sex.

But used in a pseudo-mockingly "I'm going to pretend I'm a dude in the 40's and say things indirectly in a nice way" kind of way.

Man 1 - "So, Pal, didja' giv'er the ol' time-of-day?"
Man 2 - "Well, gee, I'm not the kind to kiss-and-tell!"

The act of driving to solely purchase gasoline in an effort to waste time efficiently.

Friend 1: "Where's John? We were supposed to go the game."

Friend 2: "Oh, he's time-pumping again.."

Friend 1: "What the hell is the point of driving to just get gas?"

Friend 2: "No idea."

the act of traveling through the space time continuum via smoking marijuana and entering sleep mode on a comfortable surface. time travel usually doesnt surpass a few hours because then its just considered sleeping.

Gobbo time

Constantly being at least an hour late for everything because you either lose track of time or you think you can finish one last thing before you feel you finally have to be somewhere.

She told him that she would meet him in the park at noon. One hour and a conversation with a homeless man later, she realized he was on gobbo time when he came rolling in on his bike.
