Fret one is a term coined by Saskatoon band Stallions in reference to the way a guitar is played during an extra heavy section of music. In order to produce a more dissonant sound, the guitarist plays chugs while holding the low E string down on the first fret. In order for it to sound correct the low E string must be drop-tuned to a D.
Examples of bands that have fret ones: Stallions, Blind Witness, Strangers and A Textbook Tragedy.

"Fuuuuck, that fret one made the breakdown balls heavy."

The physical, mental, and emotional condition one achieves through prolonged periods (generally multiple consecutive days) of sleep deprivation, malnutrition, & dehydration while under the influence of methamphetamines. Symptoms vary among individual users. However, common effects are delirium, schizophrenia, irritability, anxiety, mood swings, irrational & compulsive dis-assembly of household appliances & devices, chronic back & neck misalignment, and ill-advised barter of personal possessions (not necessarily belonging to the one affected by the condition).
The scatter-brained tweaker was obviously on a good one as he carpet surfed his car & sifted through the vacuum bag for meth on day five.

''Jeanette aptly labeled Tom as a "human skidmark on the underwear of life" when he forgot to acknowledge their wedding anniversary by having an illicit fling with the baby-sitter at the local hotel.''
That's definetly one for the books, wouldn't you say?
Oh well, Jeanette....least you still have me...! ;)
