Silly [Obama]
A sexual act in which just before a male orgasms, he shoves his member down the femme's(Or dude's) throat, so that she(or he) gags as you come, causing them to either swallow down hard(No pun intended), or have to make an odd spittle around the male's member, which sounds very funny. We know this has nothing to do with Obama.
