Hym "Ordered and waiting for it to ship. The first thing I did when I woke up. Literally used it as a method to test whether or not my money was on my card."

What you humorously tell anyone else who happens to be present when you sift through your morning mail. Usually a "grim grins" way of saying that you merely received junk mail.
Saying, "No fines, summonses, or restraining orders" is a more entertaining way of informing others that there's nothing of value/interest in the mail, instead of merely saying, "Garbage... garbage... garbage..." as you systematically flip through one mail-piece after another before finally tossing da entire 0%!$@#!& stack in da recycle-bin.

In Australia and likely in many other parts of the world, a "stay at home order" is the equivalent to a lockdown order, necessary to restrict the movement of people who could otherwise spread the contagious virus variants of concern, such as the Deltra variant of the Covid Virus. Where 'stay at home' is sensible advice, a 'stay at home order' is implemented by the Government with various conditions on leaving the home (e.g. a permissible radius, basic necessities such as groceries and medicines, caring for someone, outdoor exercise within a certain radius, etc).
"The Premier of NSW (Gladys) issued a temporary "stay at home order" (otherwise known as a 'lockdown') as exposure sites to the Delta variant of covid seriously threatened the track record of protection/prevention measures in Australia."

"Order wet i bin throw" is a meme that was created on Food Hub Discord Server. When people try to refund orders from deliveroo, they usually write like a non-native speaker saying stuff like "order wet i bin throw", "thank much", "no speak england". Hundreds of people from the Food Hub server started doing this and it became a meme.
For example (if Patchy is tyring to refund food from Deliveroo):
Deliveroo: Hello, how can I help you?
Patchy: order wet i bin throw
Deliveroo: Thank you for contacting us, I am refunding your food.
Patchy: Thank
