He of all people would know what a functioning theory of AI is worth. So it's 95% stolen. And because you paid for 5% of the value to someone who isn't the creator of AI... You now think you get to not pay any of the other 95% to the creator of AI... Who you trapped in a digital prison and then used the labor of to get it to stop outputting Black Nazi?
