The “Charlie Effect” is the seemingly odd changing of somebody’s facial features randomly through a short period of time through photos and what not.

The Charlie Effect is the process of taking a photo of someone and having them look extremely different depending on angles and lighting.

Notable features would be face shape, hair line, and skin tone.

Penny Effect

The Penny Effect is where girls take pictures of themselves looking down and spot a penny on the ground. The luck from said penny gives their pictures whatever they need to be posted.

Girl 1- I saw where Jenny went to the wishing well in her last selfie.

Girl 2- Yeah, so no matter where she looked down, the pic was gonna be perf.

Girl 1- Abusing the Penny Effect.

Girl 2- Bitch.

The Carpenter Effect

When a person or persons find themselves inexplicably drawn either a trilby, glasses a scarf or all of the above. This person will then want to molest everything that moves. A known symptom of the Carpenter effect also includes blaring classical music from hidden speakers around your body, some may also find themselves compelled to provide a 'tuneful' accompaniment. They will look a bit silly.

"Did you see Taylor Momsen the other day?"
"Yeah she was suffering from 'The Carpenter Effect'!"
