Job Stalking

Job Stalking is the phenomenon of employers viewing your job application repeatedly for some reason, but then never reaching out to you in any way. They will view your application multiple times for no reason . One theory is that they see you are qualified, but are biased against folks with a lot of education and not much experience. They want to value your education, but will not reach out because of political correctness and age discrimination for younger recent college grads.

Eric applied to a job on Zip Recruiter for an entry level IT position. The employer kept viewing his application and a notice kept showing up on Eric's phone that his application had been viewed by the employer who's job he applied to. Eric was worried about Job Stalking.

He will stalk out his prey and once he gets the chance, he will start to strip and pull a crowbar out of his rectum, then proceed to start humping the victim. BUT there is a way to prevent that. If you have a muskrat nearby, you can bait him and he will start humping the muskrat.
