When a guy goes a few days without showering and starts to get a smell on his groins and gooch that smells like tuna. It's pretty much the male equivalent to a fishy vag.

Guy1: "Hey Tom, do you want to head over to Lawn St? There's a few girls over there just drinking and chilling.
Guy2: "Yeah I'm down, just give me a second to clean up."
Guy1: "Awe man are you taking care of some tuna gooch? Got to be safe just in case."

Gooch Lift

An attack in which the attacker begins by sneaking up behind the victim to prepare for the strike, for it must be efficient and swift. The attacker proceeds to maneuver their arm quickly through the victims legs, around the gooch, while lifting up. When performed properly, the gooch lift will leave the victim in the air and embarrassed as their shit is crushed between the attacker's arm and their gooch. Often causes clenching to occur.
