ninja warrior

an awesome japanese tv show on g4. in japan they call it sasuke. it focuses on using strength, determination, and will to make it through four stages on mt. midoriyama in japan. the stages are super hard and crazy. pretty much if you're not asian, you cant win.

some of the ninja warrior all stars are makoto nagano, toshihiro takeda, bunpei shiratori, shinsuke nagasaki, and yasushi yamada.

Ninja Run

The act of roadie running with arms out-stretched in an absoloutly flawless attempt to make the run quieter, and increase velocity significantly. This takes prolonged practise, but when mastered is more effective than possibly imaginable.

"Holy shit, the cops just rolled up! Quick everyone Ninja Run the fuck outa this joint!"

"Omg i was nailing this chick last night when her parents walked in, so i had to naked Ninja Run all the way home!"
