Also like the rest of East county, there are more stoners than nonstoners in the teenage population. There are a few less bro's than El Cajon or Santaa but they're here, don't kid yourself. The only bad thing about La Mesa is the old people that honk at the approx. 800 million skateboarders and don't seem to understand the expression "Share the road."

Nobody with money or class lives in North-Mesa, because its a living hell. Its the side of town that was meant to be bulldozed and condemned, but the government forgot about it.
