Goginga means absolute gibberish. You can use it as another way as saying “shut up” tho. Whoever you say Goginga to will immediately shut up and try and process what words just came out of your mouth and that gives you enough time to skidaddle. It is also a mating call amog young men trying to vape in the schoo bathroom.
