Similar to the term bopper for a female, because they are usually attracted to females with money, nice cars, or fancy things

Noun.

A hollow cylindrical hand-held device (much like a toilet paper roll)
stuffed with a fabric that acts as a filter
(a dryer sheet for instance),
that you exhale your weed hit into
used to mask the aroma of weed.

WhenI get high in my bedroom I use my bouffe so my parents don't smell it.
