Also can include acting awkward around women, or overcompensating for something (can be anything). Sometimes only one or two symptoms are present. Everyone that has this is born with it but sometimes the symptoms come and go.
The female doctor revealed to Brian that his morning cough was a symptom of SLGS, immediately after some awkward small talk where she learned that he wears raised insoles and drives a Hummer.
