A non-governmental organization (NGO) proposed by Presidential hopeful and California communist, Kamala Harris, to promote her candidacy.

As a nod to a primary method by how she rose to prominence, Harris's promised every adult male in the United States a chance to obtain a free blowjob (oral copulation) in exchange for their vote.
