Flak Jacket

A guy in a group of friends who always falls on the grenade the grenade. A flak jacket provides protection from grenade shrapnel to the wearer in real life, while a figurative flak jacket protects his group of guys from getting grenades. A flak jacket is not to be confused with a wingman a wing man is usually a relationship where all guys are on equal terms and take turns wing-manning for one another, however a flak jacket usually has less game than the other guys so he is almost always willing to take the grenade, because he can't get other girls.
