Fashion Mis-statement

When people put together different fashion trends or try to being back a past trend and it just doesn't work out.
I am not sure that headbands were ever really a female fashion hit, but I can tell you that Mia made a huge fashion mis-statement with that one tonight. She looked silly.

Old Fashioned Car Ride

It means sex.

It’s a vague reference to the car scene in Titanic when Jack & Rose make love in the back seat of that old Renault (yes I researched what car it was for this to have word variety).

If you want to be less vague & WAY more direct to your desired person of saying this to, you can instead say “Titanic Car Ride”. If wanting something even more vague & secretive, “Vintage Car Ride”.

New phrase invented by me to be secretly dirty ;)
Lora: Wow how’s Jack

Rose: We actually got to go on an Old Fashioned car ride! Cool huh?

Lora: Yeah?

Rose: lol.

Fashionism

Fashionism is an ideology rampant in the fashion industry that prioritizes commercial interests, conformity, and stifles genuine creativity. It is characterized by profit-driven motives, the suppression of innovative voices, and marginalization of independent artists. Fashionism perpetuates trend-driven consumerism, favoring mass production over craftsmanship and profit margins over artistic integrity. It hinders true innovation, diversity, and authentic artistic expression.
Etymology:
Coined by the renegade brand Treasonous Dzyne, Fashionism emerged as a critique of the industry's commercialism and stifling of creativity. Treasonous Dzyne, an underground collective of rebellious artists, aimed to expose the suffocating grip of profit-driven motives and standardization in fashion. Their vision challenged the status quo and attracted like-minded individuals.
"Fashionism" spread rapidly among those disillusioned by the industry's soulless nature. It became a rallying cry against the commodification of fashion, symbolizing the desire to break free from conformity and reclaim artistic integrity. In the urban fashion lexicon, "Fashionism" represented defiance and the fight for authenticity, individuality, and creative liberation.
This movement united artists and designers striving to rewrite the rules and bring true artistry to the forefront. Fashionism" empowers artistic rejuvenation and diverse expression.
Fashionism has permeated the fashion industry, dictating trends, standards, and creative directions. It imposes a straitjacket on the imagination and limits the opportunities for artists to thrive.

Under the oppressive influence of Fashionism, the industry becomes an assembly line of diluted designs and recycled ideas, hindering the emergence of fresh perspectives and original voices.

Critics and advocates alike decry the suffocating impact of Fashionism, calling for a revolution that restores the industry's creative spirit and nurtures the talents of genuine artists.
