To deliberate over something for an inordinate period of time resulting in the annoyance of companions and potential vendors of inexpensive high street fashion.

God I was in TopBloke the other day with Geoff McGrugin and he couldn't make his bloody mind up about a pair of trainers he wanted, he was just delibbleating for sixteen minutes about whether they made him look like Craig David or not, twat.

Artistic concept; the act of making or transforming an object to appear delicate, especially when the object's material components are considered industrial in nature. Eg: to create a bird using nails. Coined by W J Welburn, Adelaide, South Australia, 2004.

I intend to delicatise those sheets of iron.

This is a lovely example of delicatisation.
