Alleyheads are stoners, rockers or casual hangers-on, both male and female, who hang out in local alleys, using the alleys as social gathering places, especially before heading out for concerts, gigs, parties, the beach or a night of cruising. These groups are principally found in cities, towns or neighborhoods with a prevalence of alleys.
Another reason these groups hang out there is because they offer stealthy protection from the police, who seldom venture into alleys during patrols, and therefore, giving an alleyhead a peaceful respite when smoking marijuana or drinking beer or other alcoholic beverages.
