When out of your entire group of friends, you are the sole person to be affected by any bugs or glitches in a videogame.
Dallas: So nobody but me is having this glitch?
Jesse: Nope it's just you, you have the Dallas Effect

questioning the feeling of being in the wrong place when in a group or social get together, while inadvertently not having a point of reference while the parties chat away like old times, while you sip on your pint and think after 10minutes, this is a bit weird
going out with your boy/girl friend who still sees / communicates with the ex-partner on a regular basis, whilst inadvertently receiving the 3rd party effect when in social outings or arrangements that make you feel like you need not be there

The ripple effect of positivity is not a new concept, the specific phrasing is a new phrase. The idea of a "ripple effect" has been widely discussed in various fields such as psychology, sociology, and even physics (where it refers to the spreading out of waves from a central point).
In the context of positivity, the ripple effect refers to how small acts of kindness, optimism, or gratitude can spread and inspire others. It's closely tied to the idea of "paying it forward" or the butterfly effect, which suggests that even small actions can have far-reaching consequences.
The phrase "ripple effect of positivity" draws upon common ideas in the domains of emotional and social contagion, where positive emotions or behaviors can spread similarly to how a ripple spreads in water

Hey dude do you want to watch Click by Adam Sandler
No I heard it’s the worst movie ever
Dude it’s a total click effect, trust me it’s great

A phenomenon where graduations from middle school, high school, and college feel particularly significant as they mark the transition into new life phases. In contrast, kindergarten and primary school graduations are perceived as less impactful, akin to how 2 A.M. is seen as just "in the middle of the night", representing a continuation of childhood rather than a major life milestone.
The transitional graduation effect is clear when you see how excited students are for high school and college ceremonies, while kindergarten graduations feel more like just another step in their childhood journey.

When Grindr starts reporting outages anywhere there is a large Republican gathering, due to closeted use of the app.
Charlie Kirk's Memorial caused a Grindr outage because there were too many people connecting at the same time; Charlie Kirk Effect in full swing.
