The Kaiden Effect is when 2 people become friends and one friend becomes obsessed with the other friend and then don’t hangout with anyone else.
Friend 1: “Can we please hangout”
Friend 2: “No i’m hanging out with kaiden”
Friend 1: “Ugh you have the ‘Kaiden effect’ “
Friend 2: “ OH NO IM OBSESSED”

The okc effect is when you continue chatting with someone on okc instead of meeting them. Usually, it sets in about 10 minutes into a chat, potentially earlier. After onset of the okc effect, one or both chatters get unrealistically high hopes based on a false sense of intimacy. In turn, the okc effect becomes a vicious circle. The pressure of meeting becomes higher and higher, so you continue chatting and chatting.
Dood 1: I've been chatting for weeks with this totally hot guy on okc. He's super cool.
Dood 2: when are you gonna hook up man?
Dood 1: soon, maybe next weekend.
Dood 2: dude, totz okc effect! You ain't never meeting. You're too chicken shit he may be fugly.

The Jax Effect occurs when you have a problem but it miraculously fixes itself the moment someone else looks at the problem.
I brought my computer problem to Jax at IT and it fixed itself the moment she looked it. The Jax Effect just happened.
"Hey Jax. My learning modules aren't loading when I try to launch them. I keep getting an 'Access Denied' Not sure what's going on."
"OK let me take a look. Oh it looks like it's loading fine and I didn't even have to do anything."
"OMG I just got Jaxed! Thank you!"
"You're very welcome!"
"Hey can you come over here? Something's messed up."
"OK. What is it?" Walks over.
"When I click this, nothing happens... oh wait.. What? It's working now. It wasn't working before."
"You just got Jaxed."

When a show should’ve already ended but the Company thats airing it decides to keep milking it by producing more seasons and merchandise for money even though it‘s already dead and has lost all of it‘s original character and humor.
Guy 1: Dude FOX announced the 23th season of Family Guy.
Guy 2: Man that shit isn’t even funny anymore, must be The Simpsons Effect because some people can’t let go.

When a person is held responsible for something by their boss that logic and/or the facts suggest is due to a number of other circumstances. While it can be argued very narrowly that the employee could have behaved differently, it is the case that there are too many aforementioned factual or logical inconsistencies to cause the ire of the boss upon the employee. An important element is that this judgement and subsequent criticism is after a considerable amount of time where the employee has offered loyalty in the face of difficult positions taken by or assignments given by one's boss.
The vice president suffered from the Pence Effect when he was blamed by his boss for not single handedly overturning the election.
That guy toiled loyally for years attempting to implement his bosses ideas even though they were I'll advised. When they didn't work out he was blamed. Sure, maybe someone else could have done it, but to draw the conclusion that it's his fault is a stretch at best. He suffered from the Pence Effect.
