Get the semi-trailermug. When a character in a Hollywood movie of 'X' race is played by a half white actor with the other half being that of the 'X' race, it is known as semi whitewashing.
In the new One Punch Man live action movie the actor playing Saitama is actually half Japanese and half white. They did a semi whitewashing on the main character which is better than whitewashing.

Lot sizes are larger, houses contain well-manicured lawns in the front as well as in the back, a good portion of the residents are either city or county workers, there still are numerous public transit options but a majority of the transportation is car-centric, and most buildings are four stories or less.
Some examples include Edison Park, Beverly, Edgebrook, Morgan Park, Mt Greenwood, and Norwood Park.
