The act of two African American brotherins discussing or collaborating fair terms for a trade, goods, favors, or services. Services include, but are not limited to: hitman for hire, sour D, cocaine, the heroin, prostitutes, stolen cars, etc.

(n.) As seen in heated arguments between people of minority (and sadly sometimes a white dude here and there), it involves the act of starting and finishing a sentence with the word 'Nigga'. Usually done to intensify the insinuations of the sentence or draw emphasis.

"Niggas' got garbage down the way, nigga." NEGROTATION.
