Narcosa is a way of saying cya, or laters, referring to a state in which, until you see your mates again, you you remain in a sort kind of state of narkosis. In a polish slang comeS from the word 'na razie' the which is 'for now' and also its abbreviation-'nara'

Narcoklepsy

(n) A disorder where the affected person suffers a spontaneous bout of sleep while shopping and then commits the crime of shoplifting, typically having no memory of the crime if/when confronted. Legitimate cases are quite rare and the condition is generally seen as a laughable excuse for committing theft.

Danielle Stella, Republican candidate for Congress and QAnon believer, claims that due to PTSD she has no memory of shoplifting items from Target and only recalls walking into the store. It is unclear if she has been formally diagnosed as suffering from narcoklepsy.
