in a smoking circle of three or more; rather than taking 2 hits when you are passed the L and having it passed by you to return to the beginning of the circle, you, instead take a single hit each time the L is passed by your face as to not waste any extra effort in touching the L for any reason than to smoke while still maintaining fairness in the circle.
