A person with an unnatural gift of 'stringing' someone else along with a story or tale that appears to be reasonable and likely and then delivering the punchline which undoubtedly results in the recipient looking and feeling like a bit of a twat!

a style of facial hair that is part beard, part mustache. Chop refers to the thick sideburns that blend into the mustache. Distinct from a full beard in that no hair is present on the chin or lower jaw.
