One who doesn't answer or charge his/her phone. And one who sleeps all the time, but is still tired.

Get up, we're going to the bank. It closes early on Saturday! He/she doesn't get up. That's so Kerry!
He/she wants to make cookies for her friends...I am at the store and text him/her, no response, I call...straight to voicemail, I message them on Instagram, nothing. That's so Kerry! I buy the wrong cookie mix. Fail.
