Diet Relationship

Typically derogatory, a diet relationship has one or both parties only interested in short-term, casual interactions; no strings attached, no accountability, and no responsibility, but still wants to label it as a relationship.

Coined in the Pacific Northwest, it has quickly spread among the Seattle hip-hop community and Tacoma party scene.

I'm not some floozy - I don't want a diet relationship with you!

Relationship Daddy

Someone who is inclined to seek out relationship over random hookups.

This doesn't mean they won't partake in hookups, only that they prefer a long lasting relationship.

Jimmy is such a relationship daddy but he's posing off as a hoe boi.
Jaleel has hoe boi tendencies but is a relationship daddy at heart.

Relationship monkey

Someone who starts a new relationship before ending an existing one, like the monkey swinging through the trees doesn't let go of the branch until it's grabbed the next one.

I'm a relationship monkey as I don't like being on my own although I pretend I'm fine & happy outside of a relationship,truly I'm not.
