Cesly is a rare person for the simple fact that there are none in the world. If you come across a Cesly run for the hills or your pockets will be emptied due to her very good persuasion to get you to do what she wants. Cesly’s are very self centered and pretend to show interest in your conversation just to see if there’s anything in it for them. They are fun and outgoing if you get to know them. They can be really nice and sweet but it is usually just a disguise to set up themselves for future purchases with your card. Cesly’s are very tough people some of the toughest around but only when others are around. You will not catch one feeding the dogs in the night by themselves. Even if it’s in there own backyard. Cesly’s generally will have 2 different lives. One of which they are loved and admired by the masses and the other is false hope and treacherous evil from manipulating others to do her job. Cesly’s are lazy but expect everything handed on a gold platter garnished by diamonds.
