Tier 3 human beings are also called "shit- heads". In general, they lack functionality. Tier 3 human beings are also considered sub- human.

Contemporary examples are: DCYOUNGFLY (shit-head viner) and Zech DeSouza.

Another way of saying are you being serious?, or are you being really serious, used commonly in a question to ask someone if they're being serious about something or someone. Are you being for real? is commonly also used if they're in shock about something or an situation.

"Are you being for real or are you acting dumb?"

"Are you being for real or are you just acting stupid?"

"Louis are you being for real right now or not?"

"Seriously are you being for real?"

"Are you being for real I don't believe you,

Yes I am being for real"

The "act of being ugly" is totally different than just being ugly. Just being ugly is like you walk down the street and see someone had a wart on their nose or a bald spot or something creepy like that. Commiting "the act of being ugly" is to choose on your very own to be ugly. That is an awful act. Such an awful act like that deserves severe punishment.
