1) In essence a metrosexual. One who shaves body hair thus severely lacking in all masculinity.

2) A gay man feigning heterosexuality.

3) A man/boy who sags his pants below his ass.

4) An emo male.

5) Any male lead on Vampire Diaries.

'E' from entourage is the patron of all smooth boys. Michael Bay is a prime example of a desperate aging smooth boy.

girly boy

a "girly boy" is a young male, usually adolescent, who looks and/or acts effeminate. He is often assumed to be gay and usually has an interest in things that would interest the average female his age - fashion, pop music, romantic/sexual attraction to other boys, etc. Either due to social isolation from the "alpha males" his age or by personal choice, his close circle of friends are usually female. In contrast to a "ladyboy" (transvestite or transsexual), a girlyboy does not necessarily have a desire to dress as or become a "woman", instead he is naturally feminine in his tastes, appearance and/or behavior. He is often unintentionally mistaken for a girl by those who first meet him and may be secretly considered attractive by straight/masculine males his own age who would ordinarily be attracted only to females.

Cindy's 14-year-old brother is a such a girly boy, I thought he was her younger, hotter sister before she introduced him.

Marist Boys

A young man attending the Marist School in Atlanta. Usually a boy who is so full of himself from his Buckhead upbringing that he forgets how his school is the most inferior of the Atlanta Big Four. He tries to be cool, but in reality is just a poser of the much cooler Woodward or Westminster boy. After coming to this important realization, a Marist boy will curse his parents for not sending him to Woodward and then try to forget all the "good times" he thought he had living his life of ignorance.

Ew, you're dating a Marist boy? I don't think I can be friends with you anymore, I could have sworn you were raised better than that.

usually used to refer to a young male who is jewish, but in more of a derogatory manner.

instead of using the boy's name, 'jew boy' is often used to piss this person off.
