To become angy and treat somebody or something with ridicule. To become so frustrated or upset that your loose control and freak out over a situation. Making yourself look like an idiot because you loose control over your words and actions due to frustration.
Charlie Sheen mocked-out on live radio while under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

David mocked-out at work when his co-worker rejected his idea.

Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich mocked-out over President Obama's trip to Disney World in Florida.
