There is no clear explanation of such term. Since 1924 we have hunders of beliefs from around the world what this word could actually mean where every single one significantly differs in author's perspective. Today we can easily deny huge percentage of them which seemed accurate in past. Some people go further and try to group meanings because as they think the truth depends on "expanding conjecture categorization" and which is considered a complete nonsense by many of scientists due to "overall superstitions". One of biggest followers of the issue, George Casino also believes in such solution as well as seeing whole problem as the "meaning of human existence". He describes everything very precisely in his main book "Blue, it is but it's not".

By looking at this word more statistically, the meaning being most correct according to all opinions for now is "Mysterious phrase Eiffel 65 made a song about".

a term coined to describe unkempt lady-parts as a result of work-life circumstances. “unkempt” being untrimmed or without additional pampering.

a woman can still be healthy, clean and hygienic while having a case of b.c.c. as it is implied that she only has b.c.c due to not having enough time for extra self care due to work, school, other circumstance etc.
