Perma-Sock

The term Perma-sock is derived from the term Red Sock but used in a metaphorical sense. It is used to describe someone that permanently has their hole hanging out through overdoing it both physically and mentally. Like the permafrost of Siberia, the Perm-Sock can be long lasting.

Hey mate, how are you going with that Perma-Sock?

You have to take it easy mate, you don't want that Red Sock to turning a Perma-Sock.

An extreme fear of pointed shoes/shoe with pointed tip.
These shoes are often known in England as ‘ Periwinkles ‘
Someone with this phobia will often feel at extreme unease, untrustworthy of the person with the shoes and a sense of danger.

Girl 1: ‘ Ah! those shoes are scaring me! wtf is wrong with them! ‘

Girl 2: Those are periwinkle shoes, that means you must have Periphobia !’
