Her first reference in-game is the "Efrideet's Spear" legendary sniper in Year 1 Iron Banner in Destiny 1. Her first real appearance is in a cut scene post Rise of Iron campaign, where a thought-to-be-dead Efrideet approaches Saladin, the lead character of Rise of Iron, and makes a remark on how she doesn't have a statue in the Iron Temple. Her most famous tale is the time she once threw Saladin in a spear-like fashion at a Fallen Spider Walker. Currently, all we know about her post Red-War is that she lived.
