crankin 

to be spun out of your mind and not know what you are doin on some low quality crank. i once snorted 4g's of crank in one line then my nose fell off and my brain started leaking out.What a mess!

We were all out crankin last nite and some how ended up killing four girl scouts and hanging them from a shower curtain in my neighbors basement. Then when the cops showed up we killed them too and burned them all in the oven and hanging their remains from the ceiling fan.
