A "Wee Wee Rida" is a nigga that just won't get off a nigga dick. This is said predominantly by the people who reside in the DM(V) area. This is commonly said to the people who reside in the Louisianna area. Due to them being constant "Wee Wee Ridas" to plenty of Louisianna things.
