Get the Wyatt Ventura mug.I've living here for over 20 years accumulatively. Here is what this county is all about. Nimby's, Nope's, draw bridge politics run this county whole Heartley. It is very locals only and very cliquey. You will have section 8 housing right across the street from million dollars listings. It's been called Bakersfield by the Sea, VENtucky and poor-man's Santa Barbara. You will have graffiti and homeless in residential Neiborhood's. They still have the traffic camera's that even L.A doesn't have anymore. Personally, I would rather be in Orange County or San Diego. Oh and yes they INFACT have the highest median home cost than anywhere else in the state of California. Welcome!
Yo let's go to Ventura County to pay for the overpriced fair, record shops and see people surf some whitewash at surf rodeo.
