However, Shreyas is actually just a lonely, dirty and dumb little boy with a feeble and disappointing future waiting for him, as he thrives to become a surgeon 🙄🤮People feel sorry for shreyas as they know his disgusting background. People hate Shreyas and all the filthy lies that come with him!
