Rafique

Muslim male, mostly of middle eastern and south-east Asian ethnicity. Soft spoken and illusive; keeps a low profile in the crowd. Well known for being rude. Extremely smart. Exceedingly generous nature. If provoked, has the uncanny habit of not engaging into physical combat, but psychological warfare and plans on intricate design for complete downfall of the offender on all aspects. Unforgiving and very vengeful if hurt intensionally otherwise kind. Has IQ level bordering between genius and superb. Very passionate about literature and loves music. Patriotic.

Raikou

Raikou is the 243rd pokemon.
Raikou belongs to a trio of legendary pokemon, the other two being Entei and Suicune.

Raikou is said to be the embodiment of lightning/thunder, and unlike Entei and Suicune, is not in his own movie, though he does have a one hour special episode called "Raikou: The Legend of Thunder!"

Raikou also has a Giant Pokemon Center edition Plush, along with the other two beasts.
Raikou is available to catch in pokemon Colosseum (from the third boss, Ein) and in fire red and leaf green, when you pick Squirtle as your starter and beat the elite four. (appears at random)
Also one of the best pokemon out there.

Raika

In old persian language and Zoroastrian culture and Gilaki dialects, Raika was the title of boys who assisted the persian prince the kings sons throughout the day, during parades and other daily occasions. The Raikas spent the most times with the prince and they were usually the sons of the Royal families such as Royal governors or ministers. They also walked in front of the Prince during official ceremonies.

There are other versions of the name in other languages such as Japanese and Kurdish and east European, where the name could be masculine or feminin depending on the culture. However the oldest proven text of the name Raika appears in the ancient epic Book of Kings Shahname and the ancient Mazandaran and Gilak cultures and languages.
