When you procrastinate because you're anxious but the procrastinating just gives you more anxiety.

ProcrastaNapper

One who routinely naps in order to avoid existential acts of meaningless, non-essential chores or duties. Serial Procrastanappers, often set unachievable napping times (i.e. 15 Minutes) routinely restarting the nap 3 times over, or just snoozing through it all together.

I'm a Serial ProcrastaNapper. Whenever I have to clean my room, I try to take a 15-minute nap, but just end up sleeping for 8 hours, instead.

Procrastinap

When you really don't want to do something and keep procrastinating, which makes you feel tired, drained and run down just thinking about doing it, so you take a nap instead which prolongs your procrastination.

Def: to put off intentionally doing something that should be done via methods of excessively running Excel scenarios on data, spending too long searching the Internet for impactful Clip Art images, or trying to represent theories in three-dimensional models in PowerPoint.

As Renee worked on the 160-page presentation for her boss, she was mired in procrastinalysis as she constantly worked on the deck, but never finished it.
