The feeling you get when you eat too much, and become so worthlessly full that you are unable to do any form of work, never mind move.

Usually occurs after a fast food binge, i.e. raiding the dollar menu, or KFC. Usually results in many unemployed / lazy africans (and even white people).

Taco bell example:
Damn.... I'm nigged to all hell. I can't move after that nacho cheese steak chaloopa, chicken baja gordita, bean burrito, and soft steak taco.

McDonalds Example:
Son of a bitch, I can't even buckle my setbelt after all these double cheeseburgers... I think I'm gonna take a nap.

Or any like scenario.
