A more specific type of grinch relative to the recreational smoking of marijuana. They are defined as a friend who brings over his/her marijuana to share with yours but, often put down an extremely smaller amount than what you do to smoke.

A large pile of random things, usually in the bed of beater truck, tied down so poorly & arranged so precariously that you're sure that, while driving behind it, something will fall off, crack your windshield or cause major damage to your vehicle.
Any truck so full of junk & miscellaneous items that when pass them,you expect to see the Grinch at the wheel & his dog Max running in front to keep the whole thing going.
