A blue hour friend is someone who;

- Tends to keep to themselves.
- Typically likes the rain & stormy weather.
- Is usually very quiet, but when around the right people can be the loudest in the room.
- Will always be there for you when you need them.
- Will usually distance themselves from others when they are in a bad place.

Blue hour friends are friends that you can rely on to be there for you, no matter what.
