Meaning STD (a four) or someone having an STD, mainly females living in the US age group 15 to 19. This word came the statistic on CNN stating "1 out of 4 girls in United States American ages 15 to 19 do now have an STD, aware or not"

Dude 1 "Hey man you heard about the new girl, pretty hot?"
Dude 2 "Yeah I've seen that fine girl!"
Dude 1 "Well are you goin'a tap that or what?"
Dude 2 "Man if she ain't a virgin she a 4 in my book."
Girl "No, I've had sex before."
Dude 1&2 "Four!"
