Farinelli was the most famous musical figure in his century, (a Baroque "Rock Star") and is arguably one of the greatest singers ever. A 1994 Film of the same name, about the singer's life. Stefano Dionisi played Farinelli.

Then there was the singer Farinelli, whose heart and brain were real though his voice was artificial.
