A person who acts stupidly on the internet (sometimes refers that as the 'intarweb'). Uses OMG, WTF, BBQ and maybe LOL over and over and acts stupidly over the internet. They think they know a lot about computers but they're just faking it in the long run because they're trying to be cool.
