dropset

A set in weightlifting where an exercise is done until failure to complete more reps then immidiate switching to lower weight until failure is achieved. Repeat the process until you are unable to lift 5 lbs. This exercise helps achieve the lean look rather than the bulky one.

Man, I was doing dropset after dropset all night at the gym yesterday and now I'm sore as fuck!

Lava Drops

Fiery drops of liquid shit. Generally released in small spurts and drops due to the sheer burn and anal clenching. Brought on by poor dietary choices.

Too many jalapeños on my nachos yesterday caused the lava drops today.

Someone was in the stall pinching off lava drops. Sounded pretty painful.
